Top SchoolJosé Gómez is a Full Stack Developer with 11 years of hands-on experience, currently building cloud-native solutions at SUSE from his base in Nuremberg. Known humorously as an "API Plumber" and an "ol' man yells at the cloud," he brings pragmatism and a healthy skepticism to designing reliable integrations and backend services. His engineering degree from Universidad Politécnica Territorial del Oeste de Sucre anchors a career focused on resilient APIs, full-stack delivery, and operational reliability. At SUSE he blends system-level thinking with web application development to ship features that survive in production. Colleagues value his terse, effective problem-solving style and his ability to translate messy requirements into clean, maintainable code. He pairs veteran-level judgment with a willingness to tinker and improve developer workflows behind the scenes.
