Top SchoolJosé López is a computer engineer and co-founder with 11 years of experience building AI-driven, production-grade data and software architectures from Málaga, Spain. He blends hands-on Python development and open-source advocacy with strategic leadership in MLOps, data streaming, and serverless systems, having driven AI adoption and templated ML workflows at companies like Adevinta and Tenth Revolution Group. José has led end-to-end data platforms and ML productionization for fraud detection, media metadata, and influencer intelligence, frequently leveraging Kafka, Spark/Databricks, Kubeflow, Redshift/S3 and cloud-native patterns. As a founder at Vortico and former senior architect roles, he focuses on turning complex data problems into scalable, product-aligned solutions while mentoring teams through talks and live coding. An early adopter of Python who cut his teeth on fuzzy logic research in algorithmic musical composition, he brings a mix of academic curiosity and pragmatic engineering to open-source projects hosted on his GitHub.
