Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolJosé Moreira is a Platform Engineer with 14 years of experience building and operating cloud-native systems, combining hands-on full-stack development (NodeJS, Java, Python, Go) with deep infrastructure expertise in AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform and Ansible. He has driven CI/CD, OS image provisioning and AWS governance at scale—most recently shaping platform reliability and developer workflows at New10 and previously as a CI/CD subject-matter expert at Epic Games. Comfortable across application, infrastructure and observability stacks, he pairs automation-first infrastructure-as-code practices with pragmatic monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/New Relic) to improve delivery quality. A creative, autonomous continuous learner, José brings a quality-engineering mindset and mentorship experience that helps teams adopt standards and runbooks. His background in both web application development and platform engineering gives him a rare ability to translate developer needs into robust, secure production services.
