Top SchoolJosé Rivas is a Team & Tech Lead with over a decade of experience designing and delivering clean, testable, and decoupled architectures across web and cloud platforms. Based in Seville, he blends hands-on JavaScript/TypeScript development (Node.js, Angular) with leadership roles that align product teams around platform roadmaps to improve delivery speed, security, monitoring and scalability. He has co-founded startups and served as CTO, bringing operator-level empathy for product delivery and developer experience to larger organizations. A strong advocate of OpenSource and InnerSource, he fosters cross-team collaboration and continuous integration practices to industrialize best practices. José pairs teaching and mentoring experience with an entrepreneurial mindset, often stepping into both coding and coaching to unblock teams. He stands out for turning platform initiatives into measurable organizational impact rather than just technical improvements.
