Top SchoolJose Silva is a Product Manager with eight years of experience at Microsoft, specializing in bringing human-centered AI and large-scale Windows experiences to over a billion devices. He blends strategy, design, and research to take features from early ideation—such as Windows Recall and Game Pass widgets—through prototyping and cross-org implementation with Azure Cognitive Services and Applied Sciences. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, he drives clarity and structure for teams shipping privacy-preserving, on-device AI using next-gen hardware like NPUs and Copilot Runtime. His background spans Azure Synapse analytics, design program management, and enterprise IT transformations, giving him a rare mix of data, design, and systems fluency. Based in Redmond, he’s motivated by building form + function for humans and by the conviction that product success depends on making wins inclusive and scalable.
