Summary
🤩
RockstarJose Varghese is a pragmatic technical support and production engineer with 8+ years at Yoast and 14+ years’ experience across SEO, web design, marketing, and customer support. He specializes in bridging support and development—writing reproducible bug reports, managing issue boards, and validating fixes to accelerate resolution and product improvements. As a co-founder of SuperPWA and an early PWA adopter, he brings hands-on experience building progressive web apps and WordPress plugins, plus public-facing support on WordPress.org. Jose combines customer-facing empathy (maintaining high happiness scores and live-chat coverage during peak events) with developer-focused tooling—introducing staging playgrounds and contributing code when needed. An active open-source and Wikimedia contributor, he quietly improves linked data on Wikipedia/Wikidata while tuning SEO and UX for real-world sites. Based in Kerala, he’s known for clear documentation, training teammates, and turning recurring support patterns into prioritized product features.
