Senior🎓
Top SchoolJose Yago is a Site Reliability Engineer with 10 years of experience specializing in data-intensive systems across AdTech, agriculture, and IoT domains. He designs and operates resilient GCP and Kubernetes platforms for large-scale workloads—from PB-scale warehouses and real-time Dataflow pipelines to a 200TB IoT datastore—bringing practical expertise in databases spanning on-prem MySQL to low-latency global NoSQL clusters. Comfortable switching between data engineering (Spark/Beam, SQL, Python) and DevOps (Pulumi, networking, canary deployments), he leads incident response and converts outages into stronger postmortems and automated improvements. He’s driven by measurable reliability and data quality, and quietly pairs domain knowledge (satellite-derived agronomic metrics) with production-grade infrastructure to deliver impact.
