Technical Director & Co-Founder at mAI
Prague, Prague, Czechia
Summary
🤩
RockstarJosef Duda is a pragmatic technical leader and co-founder with over seven years of focused experience delivering front-end and full-stack applications from Prague. He has progressed from building interactive and elearning content to leading engineering teams as Technical Director at B&T lab and now co-founding mAI, while maintaining long-term freelance development work since 2009. His background spans media and travel sectors—notably Česká televize and Kiwi.com—bringing a user-centered approach to complex UI and game-like interactions. Josef blends hands-on coding with strategic direction, often stepping into both product and implementation roles to accelerate delivery. Playful by persona (self-described as a "Digital Clown"), he pairs creativity with disciplined engineering practices. Colleagues can expect a leader who balances startup grit, front-end craftsmanship, and a track record of shipping production systems.
