Senior🎓
Top SchoolJosef Šíma is a seasoned technology leader and serial co-founder with 12 years of hands-on experience in web and mobile product development, UX and full-stack JavaScript engineering. Based in Prague, he has scaled engineering organizations and product strategy from hands-on webmaster roles to leading 500+ developers as Head of Development at Seznam.cz and later serving as CTO at Woltair. He blends deep front-end craftsmanship (HTML/CSS/JS) with backend and operational know-how, and now splits his time between executive engineering leadership at Groupon and founding early-stage ventures DREEM and HarryApp.ai. Josef is comfortable translating product vision into prototypes and production systems, consistently moving between design, UX and large-scale delivery. Colleagues describe him as a pragmatic builder who keeps coding muscle memory while running high-impact teams.
