Currently Head of Web Development at Scrumconnect Consulting, he combines hands-on technical leadership with a strong focus on engineering practices—continuous deployment, TDD and trunk-based development—to improve service visibility and reduce errors. He has repeatedly led data pipelines, distributed services and CI/CD initiatives at organisations including Equal Experts, the UK Home Office and Auto Trader, and mentors engineers in cloud, serverless and web development.
