Comfortable in fast-paced, distributed teams, he pairs hands-on technical fluency (from .NET development to React SSR) with stakeholder management and executive buy-in skills. He’s known for turning complex engineering problems into delightful user experiences and for fostering autonomous, motivated teams that produce measurable impact.
