Top SchoolJoseph Conradt is a Senior Software Engineer II with over a decade of full-stack experience, currently shaping healthcare software at Janus Health. He has led engineering teams and product initiatives from concept to deployment, blending modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks (Node.js, React) with legacy PHP frameworks and .NET services. An entrepreneur who founded CourseBit and organically grew a global customer base, he pairs hands-on development with cloud provisioning (AWS) and strong database and frontend design skills. Joseph is an advocate for automated testing, accessibility, and exceptional user experience, and he brings particular depth in LMS and CMS integrations (Moodle, WordPress, Joomla!). Comfortable switching between individual contributor and leadership roles, he has a track record of shipping reliable, maintainable systems across healthcare, education, eCommerce, and transportation. Based in Wisconsin, he’s equally at home architecting scalable APIs as prototyping game-like user interactions that improve engagement.
