Top SchoolJoseph Dias is an Associate Director based in London with over a decade of hands-on experience building and owning mission-critical investment banking applications. He blends full-stack expertise—Python, Django, Node.js, React—and cloud-native practices like Kubernetes and Azure to deliver scalable web scraping and enterprise systems. Joseph has driven migrations, introduced micro-frontend architectures, and implemented CI/CD and reusable InnerSource libraries that improved delivery and reuse across global teams. He’s equally comfortable coaching distributed engineers and stepping into application ownership roles to ensure production stability.
