Top SchoolJoseph Estrada is a seasoned software leader and entrepreneur with a decade of experience building products that shape workplace culture and daily user experiences. As co-founder and CTO of Disco (acquired by Culture Amp) and later a Principal Engineer and Director of Engineering at Culture Amp, he led platformization efforts, unified notifications and communications services, and launched Flow of Work integrations used across Slack and Teams. He combines hands-on product engineering—shipping popular consumer apps at MessageMe and early web platforms at MySpace—with strategic operational improvements like revamped hiring and low-overhead delivery systems for product outcomes. Based in San Francisco, Joseph is known for turning small, cross-functional teams into reliable, scalable engineering organizations and for translating real-time collaboration patterns into widely adopted enterprise features. An understated detail: his roots in building tooling and admin systems (from game-dev balance tools to internal comms platforms) reflect a long-running focus on making complex workflows simple and repeatable.
