Joseph Lander
London, England, United Kingdom
Summary
👤
SeniorJoseph Lander is a learning platform specialist and developer with nine years’ experience designing, running and scaling LMS ecosystems for education and enterprise clients. He combines hands‑on engineering (React, APIs, modern responsive CSS) with deep instructional design roots from a PGCE and classroom leadership, enabling practical integrations like API-driven SCORM updates and SAML troubleshooting. At Fitch Learning he led a mass migration across 96+ domains and cleaned 48,000+ user records while scaling data operations by an order of magnitude through LMS APIs. Joseph pairs product-minded tooling—Canvas regression testing apps, Jira dashboards and video walkthroughs—with coaching and content strategy to reduce support load and boost learner engagement. Based in London, he’s equally comfortable shipping code, producing instructional media, and translating learning analytics into operational improvements.
