Top SchoolJoseph Larralde is a senior software engineer based in Talence with 13 years of experience building high-performance C++ systems and full-stack JavaScript applications, often in real-time and low-latency contexts. His background in signal processing and electroacoustic composition informs pragmatic, audio-aware designs—skills honed at IRCAM and SCRIME where he developed robust R&D and production tools for musical and multimedia projects. He emphasizes clean architectures, rigorous code quality, and cross-disciplinary collaboration, bridging research, artistic practice, and production engineering. As an independent developer since 2010 he combines academic training (Master 2 Pro Informatique appliquée au Multimédia) with hands-on delivery across research labs and cultural institutions. Notably, his work reflects a rare blend of creative audio expertise and industrial-grade software engineering, enabling solutions that satisfy both artistic nuance and strict performance constraints.
