Summary
👤
SeniorJoseph Minckler is a seasoned senior principal engineer and solutions architect with 25+ years of hands-on experience designing and automating large-scale deployments for customers including Microsoft, Ericsson, AOL and Xperi. He combines deep systems-level expertise in Windows server stacks, cloud (AWS/Azure), CI/CD and observability (Splunk, ELK) with proven leadership running cross-functional teams to deliver complex, carrier-grade deployments and streaming platforms. Known for building deployment toolkits and workflow orchestration that cut time-to-production for multi-hundred-VM datacenter builds, he repeatedly moves projects from bespoke operations to repeatable, automated processes. A four-time Microsoft Gold Star recipient, he blends technical rigor with stakeholder-facing skills—training partners, leading presales, and managing global rollouts across LATAM, Europe and North America. Based in Texas, Joseph brings a pragmatic, automation-first mindset that surfaces operational telemetry into actionable dashboards and alerts. He often sits at the intersection of business and engineering, translating strategic goals into resilient infrastructure and measurable outcomes.
