Top SchoolJoseph Serido is a Principal Software Engineer with 10+ years building scalable, real-time systems and WebSocket architectures, currently leading platform work at Exacta Systems from Miami. He has deep experience designing distributed data and cloud-native services, having developed Azure Service Fabric services and an automated deployment engine for Citrix Cloud. Joseph’s background spans full-stack integration projects—APIs, deployment pipelines, and internal dashboards—that enabled cross-team product integrations and faster release cadences. He’s delivered measurable operational impact throughout his career, from cutting production meeting overhead and error rates at BAE Systems to accelerating release frequency and developer productivity at Citrix. Comfortable in C#, .NET, PHP and SQL ecosystems, he pairs hands-on implementation with tooling, documentation, and testing discipline. Outside typical engineering work he’s repeatedly automated manual workflows—an engineer who seeks efficiency gains both in code and organizational processes.
