Top SchoolJoseph Skupniewicz is a Site Reliability Engineer with a decade of hands-on experience optimizing cloud and SaaS infrastructure, specializing in performance monitoring, virtualization, and automation. He has driven operational stability at scale through roles at LogMeIn and UniVoIP, where he built custom monitoring, automated incident response, and re-architected alert routing to reduce downtime and costs. Comfortable across Linux/RHEL environments, networking protocols, and scripting languages, he routinely combines Python, Ansible, and integrations (JIRA, StatusPage, Zapier) to deliver self-healing systems and streamlined NOC workflows. His background includes product-focused monitoring development at LogicMonitor and early systems work from scientific data pipelines to bespoke server builds, giving him a pragmatic, full-stack reliability perspective. Based in Irvine, CA, he pairs practical automation with a keen eye for actionable telemetry, often surfacing value by consolidating tools and turning noisy alerts into business-aware incidents.
