Top SchoolJosh Bradley is a Lead Product Engineer and founder with nine years of experience building growth-oriented web products and developer-led marketing platforms from San Francisco. He combines hands-on front-end engineering (React, Next.js) with product intuition, having been employee #10 at Core Ranger and shipped headless, AI-driven CMS and white-labeled banking beta products through his consultancies. Josh has a track record of turning complex systems into measurable business outcomes—120% conversion improvements at Procore, rapid 100+ page site generation for startups, and modular design systems for enterprise clients. He moves fluidly between growth analytics, CRO, and engineering, instrumenting thousands of reports and custom tracking to guide product decisions. An entrepreneurial builder who began his career in micropaleontology, he brings a data-first mindset and curiosity for quantifying complex systems to unlock new efficiencies.
