Top SchoolJosh Dubin is a founder and self-taught technologist with 11 years of experience building pragmatic, scalable digital operations across both private and public sectors. He spent seven years as CIO of a national coworking provider, architecting databases, automations, and smart workflows using Airtable, Zapier and custom HTML/JS to streamline CRM, onboarding, contracting, and KPI dashboards for a distributed team. Comfortable bridging product, ops, and people, he trains teams, authors documentation, and designs cost‑effective systems that grow with the business. His background in municipal program delivery and festival production gives him a rare blend of stakeholder diplomacy and logistics-first engineering. A Penn alumnus and former Airbnb engineer on his GitHub profile, he brings entrepreneurial grit and practical automation expertise to early-stage ventures and operations-heavy organizations.
