Senior🎓
Top SchoolJosh G is a seasoned technology leader and current CTO with nine years of focused experience scaling SaaS and engineering teams for complex industrial and enterprise products. He combines an MBA in Technology Management with PMP, PMI-ACP and CSM credentials and a BSc in Computer Science to bridge strategic product direction and hands-on SDLC execution. Josh has repeatedly driven revenue and margin improvements—e.g., growing a SaaS line by 65% and delivering profit for a tech function for the first time—while leading distributed cross-functional teams through agile transformations. His background spans digital twins, asset management and payroll compliance systems, giving him rare domain breadth from embedded control systems to cloud-native SaaS. Colleagues describe him as a collaborative, development-first leader who prioritises team growth and measurable commercial outcomes. Off the resume, he balances a pragmatic engineering mindset with a dry sense of humour (his GitHub bio: "Just a square going nowhere"), signaling humility alongside capability.
