RockstarJosh Ghiloni is a Staff Platform Architect with 11 years of professional engineering experience and a long track record of guiding organizations through cloud-native transformations and reliability improvements. He has led SRE and platform teams at companies like Realtor.com, VMware, and Pivotal, driving CI/CD modernization, large-scale migrations to EKS/ArgoCD, and tooling in TypeScript, Python, and Go. Josh combines hands-on systems development—such as a sub-50ms router handling 30k+ redirects—with strategic platform design and developer enablement, emphasizing automation- and security-first cultures. He’s comfortable across infrastructure, networking, and application layers, and has repeatedly translated operational pain into durable platform capabilities for both startups and enterprises.
