Summary
👤
SeniorJosh Graham is a retired CTO and seasoned technology leader with over three decades in software, now investing in startups and hospitality while living between Sydney and the world. He has transformed engineering organisations at companies like Secure Code Warrior, Canva, Atlassian and ThoughtWorks, driving continuous delivery, trunk-based development, and resilient microservice architectures. A recognised conference chair, speaker and organiser, he blends enterprise architecture with agile delivery and software craftsmanship to make teams faster and more reliable. Josh has a track record of scaling SaaS platforms, improving release cadence from weekly to multiple daily deployments, and lifting security and operational standards in crypto and fintech. Beyond tech, he co-owns bars and restaurants with Liquid & Larder and mentors early-stage science and mass-spec ventures as an angel investor. He’s equally comfortable debating architectural principles with CTOs as serving cocktails to customers in his venues.
