Top SchoolJosh Hancock is a Senior Software Engineer with 12 years focused on back-end web development, DevOps, and building tools that make developer workflows and cloud migrations safer and faster. At Inmar Intelligence he designed permissioned web consoles, rapid CLI frameworks, and serverless workflows that turned complex operations into reliable “fire & forget” processes. He blends Python and Ruby expertise with AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch) and observability tools like New Relic and Sumo Logic to keep high-traffic systems performant. Josh has a long history of refactoring legacy systems for maintainability and stability, from PHP/Oracle stacks to modern cloud-native architectures. Based in High Point, NC, he’s equally comfortable authoring automation frameworks as he is hunting down subtle failure modes in production — a pragmatic engineer who prefers shipping dependable developer-facing tooling.
