Senior🎓
Top SchoolJosh Handley is a versatile software engineer with over two decades of experience building desktop, mobile, back-end and embedded systems across startups, enterprise and government. He has led engineering teams and shipped production systems spanning mobile payments, SMS, haptics, medical devices, and census/survey data processing, bringing uncommon breadth from embedded C++ to GenAI-driven developer tooling. Most recently he worked on GenAI code migrations and mobile infrastructure at LinkedIn and now continues engineering work at amo from Paris. His background in international development and long-term engagements with the U.S. Census Bureau reflect a pragmatic focus on data quality, training and tooling for large-scale statistical programs. Comfortable designing end-to-end solutions, he blends hands-on coding with product and operational thinking, and often tackles problems that require integrating hardware, mobile networks and backend services. Fluent in French work contexts and experienced training local teams, he pairs technical depth with cross-cultural collaboration.
