Senior🎓
Top SchoolJosh Kennedy is a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 13 years of experience blending product design and hands-on engineering to build and scale Ruby on Rails applications. He has driven feature delivery and modernization at both startups and large organizations, most recently improving retention and analytics at ClickFunnels and launching revenue-driving subscription services at Ramsey Solutions. Comfortable owning projects end-to-end, he pairs UI/UX sensibilities (Hotwire, Stimulus, Tailwind) with backend reliability, CI, and Stripe/analytics integrations. Josh mentors teams, streamlines spec-to-production workflows, and co-founds product experiments like Outpost Labs’ Killswitch, bringing a product-minded, slightly cheeky approach to practical engineering. Based in Tennessee, he quietly combines design roots and engineering rigor to turn complex specs into performant, user-focused experiences.
