Top SchoolJosh Koiro is a sales estimator and process improvement specialist with nine years of hands-on experience bridging mechanical design, sales, and automation at Beta Star Life Science Equipment. Trained in CAD at Thaddeus Stevens College, he began as a mechanical designer and leveraged deep product and sterilization knowledge to lead estimation, sales support, and the design of a maturing CPQ order-entry system. He combines strong Excel/VBA expertise with foundational JavaScript programming to build automated workflows that eliminate non-value work and tighten quote-to-manufacture handoffs. Comfortable in small, passionate teams or focused solo work, he applies analytical, abstract thinking to process strategy and continuous improvement. Motivated by continuous learning, he purposefully designs solutions to "automate himself out of a job" so he can tackle higher-value problems.
