Top SchoolJosh Meek is a seasoned software leader and entrepreneur with 11 years of experience building backend systems and leading engineering teams across startups and research organizations. He has held founding and senior technical roles—from Founding Engineer at Prefect to Lead and Principal Engineer positions at Interos, Agora Data, and Catena Clearing—and recently co-founded Endstate Technologies. His background blends machine learning research for NASA-affiliated projects with practical production engineering, giving him a strong footing in data-intensive and mission-critical systems. Josh is skilled at taking systems from prototype to production, balancing architectural rigor with shipping velocity. Based in Ashburn, VA, he brings both startup grit and institutional engineering experience to security-conscious domains. A witty communicator (and self-aware of prompt-injection risks), he pairs technical depth with a playful curiosity about tooling and automation.
