Top SchoolJosh Rubenoff is a product and motion designer in Oakland with 11 years of experience delivering human-centered design for startups, government, and enterprise clients. As the owner of Final Final v2 Revised LLC, he combines hands-on UI animation, prototyping, and front-end chops with product leadership honed at govtech organizations like San Francisco Digital Services and The Department of Better Technology. He’s built form builders, design systems, and rapid Jekyll prototyping tools that helped streamline complex multi-agency workflows, and he’s led culture- and hiring-focused initiatives to make teams more humane and inclusive. Equally at home polishing micro-interactions or producing explainer videos, Josh is focused on sustainable design practice and internal tooling that keeps teams shipping. An obsessive communicator and mentor, he’s known for turning messy requirements into pragmatic, well-documented solutions.
