Senior🎓
Top SchoolJosh Schwartzman is an engineering manager and repeat founder with 14+ years of hands-on experience building web platforms, from early prototypes to mission-critical enterprise systems. He blends product-minded design and usability with engineering rigor, having led teams modernizing Ruby on Rails platforms and shipping full-stack SaaS at IDEO and in his startups. As CTO and co-founder of Dream See Do he integrated LLM-powered content generation and AI coaching into a remote B2B learning platform, cutting client effort on content creation. Josh thrives on ambiguity—helping teams turn fuzzy problems into clear, shippable solutions through coaching, ownership, and cross-functional execution. Based in Missoula, Montana, he pairs entrepreneurial grit with a long history of scaling products for education, collaboration, and sustainability. An early web dev entrepreneur, he still stays deeply involved in architecture and delivery rather than only managing from the sidelines.
