Top SchoolJosh Sephton is a results-driven CTO with 11 years of experience building and scaling SaaS products across healthcare, veterinary tech, and e-commerce, currently leading technology at Sierra Medical from Birmingham. He has a track record of turning early-stage deep tech into regulated, revenue-generating products—most notably leading Lifelight to clinical-grade contactless vital-sign measurement and raising over £4M. Josh combines hands-on engineering with strategic leadership, having scaled teams rapidly (0→10 engineers at Vet-AI), rescued delayed projects, and secured partnerships and funding that accelerated go-to-market momentum. He also contributes to ethical oversight as a member of an NHS research ethics committee, bringing a rare blend of product, ML research, and regulatory awareness to technical strategy.
