Top SchoolJosh Snyder is a Cambridge-trained software leader and founder with six years of experience building product-focused engineering teams and consumer productivity tools. As Co-Founder & CTO of TimeNavi, he combined deep mathematical problem-solving with pragmatic engineering to turn calendar data into behavior-changing features, and now leads a team at PostHog. He prefers mission-driven work over paycheck-chasing and gravitates toward organizations that care for customers and employees alike. Josh blends hands-on coding with strategic product judgement across startups and remote roles, and has experience in ML, web stacks, and founding-stage operations. He also thinks a lot about the economic implications of new technology—a perspective that informs both product decisions and longer-term technical tradeoffs.
