Senior🎓
Top SchoolJoshua Archer is a product leader with 11 years of experience turning hardware and robotics concepts into operational reality, currently leading product at UKG after a string of robotics and fulfillment roles at Amazon. Trained as an electrical engineer (University of Washington) and PMP-certified, he blends hands-on technical understanding with program and launch discipline to deliver first-of-a-kind robotic systems across the US and EU. He has repeatedly managed cross-functional teams through alpha tests, safety rollouts, and site launches—mentoring teams while influencing roadmaps to prioritize customer outcomes. Earlier in his career he drove manufacturing and sustainability projects, including waste heat recovery and localization of production for new markets, giving him deep operational and international experience. Comfortable in both R&D and scaled operations, he excels at converting complex engineering tradeoffs into pragmatic product decisions. A detail many miss: he pairs a hardware-first product mindset with proven experience building the organizational processes needed to sustain novel automation at scale.
