Top SchoolJoshua Caddell is a Senior Consultant at CGI Federal with 11 years of experience delivering intelligent automation and analytics solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and HR. He blends hands-on RPA and software development (Blue Prism, UiPath, C#, SQL) with program and change management skills to convert process inefficiencies into quantified value—driving projects that captured roughly $1.5M in annualized savings across engagements. Comfortable at both the technical deep dive and executive table, he designs business cases, scopes large-scale automations, and leads cross-functional teams through discovery to deployment. Joshua’s background in research and analytics informs a data-driven approach to process improvement and Lean Six Sigma implementations, enabling measurable outcomes like reduced manual effort and faster decision-making. Known for tactical empathy and clear stakeholder alignment, he routinely resolves inter-team conflicts to keep complex programs on track. Based in Knoxville, he pairs enterprise delivery experience with a knack for mentoring junior developers and building durable governance for automation at scale.
