Top SchoolJoshua Castaneda is a Technical Lead with 11 years of hands-on experience building and modernizing web and mobile-focused products, currently driving feature delivery and architecture at Dealpath. He combines strong CS fundamentals—data structures, algorithms, Big-O thinking—with a pragmatic focus on UI/UX and front-end modernization, having migrated legacy AngularJS builds toward webpack and explored ES2015+, Vue, TypeScript, React, and Redux. Joshua has a track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver predictable increments (notably shipping task approvals under shifting requirements) and simplifying product access models like External Collaborators. Equally comfortable in backend, frontend, and systems work, his early career spanned network-focused applications and integrations with OpenStack, Django, and Node.js. Fast-learning and communicative, he self-describes as a "javascript wizard" but backs it up with architectural thinking and a history of turning complex requirements into maintainable solutions.
