Top SchoolJoshua Ehlers is a Senior Technical Writer with over a decade of experience crafting developer and product documentation, content strategies, and knowledge-management systems for companies like Google, Blizzard, Crunchyroll, and Raspberry Pi. He specializes in single-source structured authoring and API docs, automating documentation workflows with tools like GitHub Actions and mkDocs while working fluently in Markdown, XML, AsciiDoc, HTML/CSS, and YAML. Joshua has led information-architecture overhauls that boosted page traffic by up to 30% and slashed bounce rates as much as 95%, reflecting a strong focus on measurable UX improvements. Comfortable in Agile environments, he blends hands-on content creation with governance—writing style guides, editing large repositories, and managing Confluence and CMS platforms. He also runs a boutique content consultancy serving tech and gaming clients, bringing both product-side and agency perspectives to documentation challenges. Based in Kent, Washington, Joshua pairs technical rigor with editorial craft, and is known for automating repetitive docs tasks to free teams for higher-value work.
