Senior🎓
Top SchoolJoshua Liu is a seasoned software engineer based in Seattle with 10 years of experience building healthcare-focused products that span Android, full-stack web, backend SOA, and AWS infrastructure. He has led platform strategy and hands-on engineering—from founding a decentralized home health startup to owning an at-home healthcare IoT and kiosk platform that paired device procurement, hardware deployment, and patient-facing software. At Ansible Health he established CI/CD, multi-stage cloud environments, and cross-functional engineering practices for a low–tech-literacy patient population, and he currently brings that domain expertise to Meta. Earlier roles at Amazon, Sage Bionetworks, and Practice Fusion show a consistent track record of shipping scalable services, research-grade mobile apps, and secure clinical integrations. Trained as a biomedical engineer, he uniquely bridges clinical device understanding with production-grade software and devops. Colleagues rely on him to translate clinical needs into resilient, user-centered systems that work in patients’ homes.
