Senior🎓
Top SchoolJoshua Morse is a User Experience Design Manager in the Denver-Boulder area with 15+ years of hands-on experience across product design, user research, analytics, and front-end development. He has led design efforts for enterprise and startup SaaS products that earned recognition from Forrester and Gartner and materially drove business outcomes—examples include multi-million dollar contracts, shortened time-to-value that unlocked cross-sells, and tripled onboarding conversions. Joshua builds design systems (Figma + Storybook), embeds research-led roadmapping, and has repeatedly turned insights into seven-figure revenue pivots. He mentors and scales teams, having moved organizations from Sketch to modern collaborative tooling while aligning design and engineering workflows. Active in local UX communities and a published author for UX Collective, he combines pragmatic delivery with a knack for making complex enterprise workflows feel simple and valuable. A not-obvious strength: he pairs deep technical fluency (front-end development and analytics) with strategic product leadership to ensure design decisions measurably impact business metrics.
