Top SchoolJoshua Schairbaum is a seasoned technology leader and founder with 18 years of experience building cloud-native, AI-driven platforms and narrative-first transmedia IP. He has led engineering and product strategy at AWS, UiPath, and Rackspace, and now combines that enterprise systems expertise with creative entrepreneurship as founder and creative director of Great Western Productions. Joshua bridges scalable architecture and storytelling—designing GenAI-enabled solutions for Fortune 100 clients while crafting an alternate-history wrestling universe that spans audio, publishing, music, and commerce. He mentors inclusive teams, prototypes emerging tech like LLM-integrated interfaces, and translates rapid experimentation into responsible, production-ready strategies. Based in San Antonio, he pairs a pragmatic, data-informed approach to shipping with a knack for reframing complex problems through narrative architecture.
