Top SchoolJoshua Schell is a Site Reliability Engineer with 13 years of experience designing and operating production infrastructure, currently enabling developer productivity at Disney Streaming Services. He blends hands-on SRE and DevOps practices—Terraform, Ansible, Ruby/Python/Go—with a practical history of leading backend teams and running cloud-native stacks at scale on AWS. Previously he served as a technical lead at Arccos, modernizing server-side systems with Node.js, Docker, MySQL and Redis, and earlier rebuilt legacy enterprise applications into single-page web apps. Comfortable across tooling, automation, and observability, he’s focused on making developer workflows reliable and repeatable while reducing toil. Based in Stratford, CT, he pairs advanced systems knowledge with a knack for translating legacy constraints into modern, maintainable infrastructure.
