Summary
🤩
RockstarJoshua Teitelbaum is a senior engineering manager in San Francisco with 11 years in leadership and over two decades of hands-on software experience, currently shaping scalable product and customer-focused solutions at Zendesk. He blends people management, process design, and active coding—having led teams at LendingClub to rethink consumer financial health and earlier built revenue-driving systems like Moxy at Advent. Known as a "code-committing" manager, he stays technically involved while scaling teams and operational practices. His career spans startups and enterprise contexts, giving him a pragmatic knack for turning complex requirements into auditable, production-ready systems. An unexpected throughline is his long-term commitment to the full lifecycle—from low-level system delivery to strategic execution—making him a rare hybrid of operator and technologist.
