Senior🎓
Top SchoolJoshua Verdehem is a founder and technical leader with nine years of experience building and scaling rewarded advertising products that connect engaged users with major brands. As Co-Founder and CTO of Lootably and previously Connekt Earning, he has led end-to-end startups—from bootstrapping and product development to scaling operations and exiting a D2C rewarded-advertising site. He blends backend engineering and business economics insight (studying Business/Managerial Economics at Texas A&M–Central Texas) to drive monetization, user engagement, and measurable ROI. Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Joshua is hands-on with product delivery and growth strategies, often tackling both technical architecture and customer-facing mechanics. An entrepreneurial builder at heart, he favors practical, revenue-driven engineering over academic complexity and has a track record of turning engaged communities into sustainable revenue streams.
