Summary
👤
SeniorJoshua Walker is a Lead Developer and technical manager with 13 years building multi-platform products—from web and server automation to Unity-based games and XR—out of Carlsbad, California. He leads VCIOUS Labs’ end-to-end engineering lifecycle, shipping titles to Google Play, the App Store, and Steam while owning devops, release management, and marketing. Equally comfortable architecting full-stack web systems through his Feature Forge consultancy, he has longstanding contributions to Drupal and CiviCRM and a history of large public-site work (ny.gov redesign). His Unity expertise spans UI systems optimized for gamepad navigation, custom rendering pipelines, shaders, IK, procedural AI, and ad-network integrations across mobile, WebGL, and desktop. Known for blending hands-on implementation with team coordination, he often toggles between low-level Unix/security automation and high-level game design to move ideas from prototype to market.
