Top SchoolJoshua Wright is a Senior Ground Software Engineer with nine years of experience building full-stack, web-based systems—specializing in Angular, NestJS, Node.js and MongoDB—to solve operational challenges in mining and laboratory environments. He blends a formal engineering background (BS Materials Engineering, MS Geometallurgy) and hands-on metallurgical project work with proven software leadership, having reduced a workbook generation task from 40 hours to under 10 seconds and led automation of metallurgical testing and custom BLE data collection. At Rocket Lab and prior as a tech lead, he has driven cross-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable, containerized solutions and mission-aligned ground software. He also runs a client-facing consultancy, shipping university and research apps that integrate SAML auth and support hundreds of users each semester, underscoring his focus on secure, production-ready systems. Based in Littleton, Colorado, Joshua pairs domain expertise in mining/metallurgy with pragmatic engineering to accelerate data-driven workflows in heavy-industry settings.
