Top SchoolJosiah Saunders is a software leader and entrepreneur with seven years of experience building AI-driven products for pathology and healthcare. As Co-Founder of Voquill he’s bringing voice-enabled AI dictation into highly regulated clinical workflows, applying hard-earned domain experience from multiple senior engineering roles at Techcyte and Relay Health. He combines full-stack and mobile expertise—authoring Flutter apps, native plugins, microservices, and ML pipelines—to move experimental features from prototype to enterprise deployment. Josiah has repeatedly bridged product and sales by working directly with customers to quickly implement prioritized needs, accelerating deal velocity and revenue capture. Based in Texas, he pairs pragmatic engineering discipline (CI/CD, testing, clean architecture) with a knack for rapid iteration in regulated environments. An unassuming detail: his GitHub bio reads “👖 pants,” a small hint of humor behind serious technical leadership.
