Top SchoolJosiah Solomon is a seasoned software engineer and founder with 11+ years building production-grade, infrastructure-oriented systems and a track record of end-to-end ownership in regulated, high-availability environments. As Owner of Anbessa Consulting he now blends applied linguistics, ML engineering, and product development to advance low-resource Ethiopian language tooling, building on prior senior roles delivering federally regulated railroad communications and mission-critical data platforms. An active open-source contributor focused on observability and developer tooling, he improves engineering productivity across global teams and products like Grafana and Perses. Trilingual and highly adaptable, Josiah excels at translating complex technical tradeoffs into business value and diplomatically steering customers toward scalable solutions. Known for a pragmatic bias toward action and exceptional organization, he repeatedly turns ambiguous requirements into reliable, auditable systems.
