Top SchoolJosimar Lopes is a versatile software engineer with 10 years of experience building full-stack, automation, and telecom solutions across Japan and Mozambique, currently developing AI-driven systems and APIs at Astellas Pharma. He combines deep telecom RAN expertise (WCDMA/LTE/NR) with modern cloud-native practices—Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform—and a multi-language toolkit including Python, Java, C#, and JavaScript frameworks. At Ericsson he delivered Zero Touch integrations that automated hundreds of network nodes and introduced CI/CD practices that cut development time, and earlier roles show hands-on systems launches and telecom operations in startup environments. Josimar holds an M.Eng in Information Engineering and pairs research-backed rigor with a practical focus on automation, mentoring, and measurable operational improvements. Colleagues describe him as focused and disciplined—his GitHub motto, “The successful warrior is the average man, with laser-like focus,” reflects a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach to complex problems.
