Top SchoolJosmar Dias is a senior software engineer with 13 years of experience designing and shipping full-stack systems across startups and product companies, currently contributing to Music.AI and Moises. A true generalist, he moves fluently between React front-ends, Node.js back-ends and cloud ops on Linux/AWS/GCP, and is especially driven by domain analysis, security and performance. He thrives on hard-to-reproduce production issues and enjoys mentoring teams while continuously learning and teaching. His background spans payments, healthcare, education and media, and includes co-founding a healthcare startup that used employer-funded financing for services—evidence of a pragmatic, product-focused engineering mindset.
