Top SchoolJosphat Mutai is a Senior DevOps Engineer with a decade of hands-on experience designing, automating, and securing cloud-native and on-prem infrastructures across Africa. He has deep expertise in Kubernetes/EKS/OpenShift, GitOps (ArgoCD), IaC (Terraform/Terragrunt/Crossplane), and observability stacks, and has led platform work that includes SSO, image signing, and SLO-based alerting. Josphat has driven measurable outcomes—cutting provisioning time by 60% with reusable Terraform modules and delivering significant FinOps savings through rightsizing and auto-shutdown policies. He founded and maintains a high-traffic technical publishing site, sharing practical guides on Linux, Kubernetes, CI/CD and cloud operations that amplify his real-world experience. Comfortable moving between architecture and hands-on implementation, he’s built self-service platform primitives that let teams own infrastructure via Kubernetes APIs. Based in Nairobi, he blends engineering rigor with an educator’s instinct for clear documentation and reproducible workflows.
